The application of a liquid waterproof membrane to be applied to all of the existing roof surfaces, as part of the extensive, existing building reconstruction project (£28m). The existing roof refurbishment roofing package was valued at £245k
Product Selection:
Selected by Foster & Partners, following extensive evaluation was the BBA Certified Belzona 3111 Flexible Membrane roof system.
As part of the overall package additional work incorporated the use of Belzona 4141 Magma Build lightweight repair mortar. This product enabled extensive repairs around roof windows to be carried out prior to the application of the roof membrane system.
